Apply for your parking permit through the e-counter!

You can apply for and manage your parking permits online. 

  1. Sign in at vilvoorde.intouch.be/eloket
    Apply with an E-ID card reader or with the itsme app
  2. Apply for your resident card, subscription or digital parking card for people with disabilities 
  3. Everything is done in the e-counter: from application to payment.

Please note: your current and expired parking permits are not currently visible. From the moment your new permit is activated you will see the others as well.

Monday-Saturday except Sundays, public holidays and the 11th of July: 09:00 AM - 19:00 PM

Green zone:

  • €1,50/hour
  • maximum 2 hours

Orange zone:

  • €0,60/hour
  • maximum 4 hours

Purple zone:

  • €0,60/hour
  • unlimited

Free parking ticket 15 min: Follow the instructions on the parking machine and receive your free ticket.

Fine paid zone: €20,00

Blue zone:

Monday-Saturday except Sundays, public holidays and the 11th of July: 09:00 AM - 19:00 PM

  • Parking disc required
  • maximum 4 hours

payment methods: coins, debit/creditcard, SMS (4411).

Fine blue zone: €25,00

Parking subscription

Do you regularly park in Vilvoorde? Then buy a subscription and save parking costs! You can purchase the following subscriptions:

Standard parking subscription: with this subscription you can park in both the paid and blue zones. You can purchase this subscription per quarter (€ 95) or per year (€ 350).

Workday subscription: You can purchase this subscription per year. The price is € 50 per working day. With this type of subscription, you can park from Monday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. at the following car parks: Rooseveltlaan, Rondeweg, d'Aubrème and Tyndale.

With this subscription you can choose which working days you include in the subscription. For example, if you choose to park on Monday and Friday, this will cost you € 100 per year.

Digital parking card for people with reduced mobility

  • Since 1 May, the scan car has been driving around Vilvoorde and scanning the number plates of all parked cars.
  • On the basis of the number plate, it checks whether a valid parking session has been started.
  • Since the parking permit for people with reduced mobility (PRM) is not linked to a number plate, it is impossible for the scan car to recognize it.
  • You can therefore apply for a free digital license for your most frequently used vehicle in order to remain in compliance with the tax regulations.

How to apply for this free licence?

  1. Log on to https://vilvoorde.intouch.be/eloket
  2. Apply using an E-ID card reader or the itsme application.
  3. Apply for your digital parking permit for disabled people
  4. Everything happens on the e-loket: from application to activation of the permit.
