Our car parks may have height restrictions. For more information please refer to the relevant page for each site.

The attendants are located in the car parks for general assistance and enquiries. The payment machines may be able to take credit card and cash payments. If you do experience a problem while making a payment, ask an attendant for help or alternatively, if a help button is available on the payment machine, press for assistance.

Many car parks have parking spaces for registered disabled badge holders. Please refer to the car park page in question which includes a facilities guide on the right side of the web page.

You should contact our Customer Service Centre on 03/233 94 23 and provide them with a brief outline of your needs and which car park is of interest. They will then direct your enquiry to the appropriate person who will follow up on your enquiry.

Help Points may be located in our car parks on payment machines, barrier equipment and at strategic points around the car park. Calls may be directed through to our control room at our headquarters.

Instead of solely relying on the car park attendants, we use cameras to monitor every car park. The camera images may also be monitored by staff on-site.

We have a control room where we monitor the car park 24 hours a day. The car park is also patrolled by our trained attendants who are on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our car parks may provide parking facilities for motorbikes or push bikes. There may be discounted parking rates available for motorbikes. Drivers should obtain the relevant ticket from the car park attendants before paying for their parking at the pay station. 

Pricing and car park products

Not all our sites offer night rates. However, special overnight rates are available for entry and departure between certain times. For more information please refer to the tariff information relevant to each site.

At this time, subscription and other concessionary parking passes will only work at the car park location where they are configured. Therefore, you will only be able to use your ticket at one site.

We offer for most of our car parks reduced rates for residents. For more information please refer to the relevant page of each site.

Annual, quarterly and monthly subscriptions are an ideal way to save money if you park at one of our sites on a regular daily basis. We also assist those requiring volume parking such as wedding parties, conferences and exhibitions; to name but a few.
